Screw press dewatering machine is a typical dewatering equipment. It is widely used in mechanical dehydration of high-humidity and slag materials before drying, such as dehydration of distiller's grains, fruit slag, dregs, cassava slag, vegetable residues, fermented corn stalks and other materials. So that the concentration of the material meets the required requirements.

 

From a structural point of view, the screw press dehydrator mainly includes a feed bearing part, a screw shaft, a main bearing part, a filter drum, a middle bracket, a reinforced screen frame, a long screen frame, a feed port part, a tail part, a discharge part, and a machine. Frames, hoods, cylinders, plugs, transmissions, and small brackets, each of which plays an important role in dewatering operations.

 

Under normal circumstances, the type of screw press dehydrator is custom-designed according to the customer's output. For example, a long screw press dehydrator is generally used for large throughput. At the same time, the dewatering machine is divided into single-axis and double-axis, it can also be three-axis, according to customer requirements for flexible design.

 

In addition, the material design of the screw press dewatering machine is also based on the specific requirements of customers, with more flexible design to meet the different needs of customers. In short, the screw press dewatering machine has low manufacturing cost and simple equipment operation, so not only can the drying quality and throughput be improved in the dehydration process, but also the drying cost can be reduced.

 

If the screw press dewatering machine performs dehydration, it is necessary to make the speed-regulating motor run normally, and then the material is uniformly added from the feed box. After entering the machine, the material advances in the axial direction under the action of the spiral rotating blade, and at the same time is subjected to a variable pitch and the action of the adjusting baffle to form a huge squeezing force, so that the material is subjected to mechanical dehydration under the external force. At this time, the water is discharged through the screen at the outlet. The dehydrated material is discharged at the discharge box.
