During the operation of the oilfield sludge dewatering centrifuge, factors such as differential speed and thickness of the liquid ring layer will affect the separation performance of the equipment to some extent. Firstly, the differential rotation speed reflects the residence time of the sludge in the drum settling section. The small differential speed reflects the sediment retention time is long, the centrifugation time is long, the extrusion time is long, the more liquid phase extrusion, the lower the sediment moisture content, but the pollution The mud treatment is very low and the economic benefits are poor.

 

When a larger differential speed is selected, the residence time of the sediment is short, and the solid-liquid separation time of the oil sludge decanter centrifuge is short, the disturbance to the sludge is large, and the sludge treatment amount is large. However, the residence time of the sediment is not as long as possible. If the residence time is too long, the sediment will not be discharged from the slag discharge port in time, and the pile pressure on the spiral passage may cause the blockage to cause the slag to fail.

 

As an important parameter in the process optimization of the oil field sludge sedimentation centrifuge, the thickness of the liquid ring layer is generally changed by manually adjusting the level of the liquid level baffle in the shutdown state. By adjusting the thickness of the liquid ring layer, the length of the drying zone in the drum can be changed, the thickness of the liquid ring layer can be reduced, the solid content of the filtrate will increase, and the moisture content of the mud cake will decrease; increasing the thickness of the liquid ring layer can improve the quality of the filtrate. However, the moisture content of the mud cake also increases. Therefore, in the regulation of the thickness of the liquid ring layer, it is necessary to take into account both the moisture content of the mud cake and the concentration of the filtrate.
