A petroleum refining centrifugal separator is a type of centrifuge. The device is primarily a centrifugal force that separates the components of a liquid from a solid particle or from a mixture of a liquid and a liquid. The petroleum refining centrifugal separator is mainly used in petroleum production processing to meet specific separation requirements.

 

With the development of the market, there are more and more types of petroleum refining centrifugal separator. The main requirements for the process requirements of the equipment are: In the feeding section, when the frequency of the inverter is 30 Hz, the inlet valve is opened. When it is checked that the material layer is full, the feed valve is closed and the solid and liquid materials are automatically separated. At this point, the material layer will automatically fall. When the material layer full signal disappears, the feed valve is opened again, and the solid material to be separated is loaded again. The liquid mixture is generally repeated three times as described above.

 

The next step is the solid-liquid separation process. When the third full charge signal is issued, the dipping valve of the petroleum refining centrifugal separator is shut down. The frequency of the frequency converter is increased to 50 Hz for high speed separation. The centrifugal time is set by the touch screen and the time is up. The frequency is reduced to 40Hz. Finally, the cleaning, drying and drying are performed, and the cleaning valve is opened to perform cleaning. The cleaning time, the pause time, and the number of cleaning operations can be set through the touch screen according to the type of the separated items.

 

It should be noted that during the operation of a petroleum refining centrifugal separator, its actual performance will be affected by some factors. In general, an important indicator to measure its separation performance is the separation factor Fr, which indicates the ratio of the centrifugal force to the gravity of the separated material in the drum. In general, the larger the separation factor, the more often the separation is performed and the better the separation is.

 

Another important influencing factor is the working area of the drum. For petroleum refining centrifuges, the larger the working area of the drum, it means that its processing capacity is also large. Therefore, in practical applications, users can combine these two important indicators for analysis and calculation to ensure that the selected petroleum refining centrifuge is more suitable.
